The top locking assembly has fallen down about a quarter inch, it is still operational if I push the handle up prior to rotation. The entire assembly seems to be supported mostly by the valance. The center post of the assembly that inserts into the steel framework seems like it should have perhaps a spring type insert locked into the top of the assembly to hold it up in postition. I have been unsuccessful in locating a detailed schematic of the top locking assembly. Any ideas??
