check engine light cam on

Default check engine light cam on
hey guy my check engine light cam on i had the codes scaned and it came up with p0173 and p0170 it say fuel lean bank 1 and 2 not sure what it is but any help will be great hopefully some one can find out what it is thanks alot my car is a 2000 clk 430 with 40k on it

mass air flow sensor or a vacuum leak someplace on the engine.
