Wondering if anyone has pics/ instructions on the removal of the rear interior door panel of c240 ( 2003) ? Where to pry off? hidden screws?

I have a rear window off the track and am having trouble finding where / how to remove the plastic strip with the door handle to access it....
i am also getting SRS warning from that door...

On another note, i am also looking to find a drivers door grab.. dark blue.. if anyone knows where to find one?
