Default Brake sensor question

I just replaced my front brake pads with ceramic brake pads from auto zone. They are one of the newest ones they carry cutting down on squeaks and dust. Now my sensor is coming on saying that I have brake wear. Before the brake pads were fixed there was no warning light.Someone told me I need new sensors any time you change the break pads weather or not they had "went off" before. Can I just buy the sensors separately? I found a website that has them can someone tell me if this is what I need? I'd hate to take it to te dealership and pay $100 for something I can fix for $15. thanks!

that pic looks like the correct ones. you might only need 2, one for the front axle and one for the back. some cars do have 2 on the front. one on each wheel

I put two on the front today and the light is still coming on. Do you think that the light just needs turned off? Or is there another problem? The warning light is activated as soon as I start the car without even using my brakes.

He put on the sensors. Now does the dealership need to turn off the reading? Because the reading is still on after he went back to put the sensors on the brake.

If the brake pad warning light is on, it means that one of the three brake pad sensors are broken. Check resistance, and make sure it's not an open circuit on the sensors themselves. It's a two pin brake pad sensor, so if it's open, it sends out a brake pad warning light on.
