have anyone knows where i can check the brake fluid location i cant find it i know there's no dip stick on it but which side.

 

Unless there's something weird about an ML, the fluid reservoir is on the driver's side, high up on the firewall. Look for a doughnut-shaped aluminum thingie about 12" diameter resting upright against the firewall. The reservoir is translucent and should be connected to the front center of it. There may be a "Fill" mark on the side or maybe a dipstick of some sort when you unscew the cap.
