I have a 2012 e350 and have an iPhone 5. Just recently my phone answers in mute everytime I pick up a phone call. It worked for the first couple months so it is something recent. Was wondering if anyone had a possible fix. I have deleted the connection and paired them up again, but it didn't help.

I have a 2012 ML350 with the exact same problem. I have an iPhone 5 paired with the vehicle and when I receive a call, it answers with the microphone muted. I don't know if this is because of the iPhone 5 or IOS 6 (my wife has an iPhone 4S with IOS 6, but I haven't been able to test yet). This definitely was not a problem with the iPhone 4S and IOS 5.x.
