Hello to all. I have a question on the ars module on a 1992 500sl. I have been having the limp home mode attack the car for a while now. I have tried to bridge 4 of the pins, I have tried to cover 3 pins of the pins and nothing works. (all of the above I got off the forum, I didn't just do it) My question is what would happen if you just didn't hook the module up?? Is there anything that would do damage to the car?? I have been working for 3 months to try to turn the thing off,Why not "not hook it up"? Yes the light for asr and abs is on now, but the car drives fine, runs great. I have only driven it unhooked about 5 miles. Really just want to see how it would react. Please give me some feedback.
