2 Yes. Any good OBD scanner tool should be able to reset your CEL (Check Engine Light). However it may come back on straight away if certain faults exist. You seem to have a scanner since you refer to a code later.
3 You can fit a different head unit and it will interface with the rest of the system. remove the existing unit and you will see the types of connection you require. the MB unit is a good one so it may be better to get it unlocked. All you need is the serial number of the head unit and a MB garage, or other places on the internet will for a fee, unlock it by providing the required code.
4. You do not need STAR. P0140 is a secondary Air Injection Fault. does the air injection pump and valve work?
Once again a good scanner should be able to pick up the datastream from your diagnostics plug and display it as a real time graph etc. This will show whether the O2 sensors are working correctly. Max/Min volts and cycle speed. I use a DynoScan (from Auterra) on my Palm PDA but there are many available for PC's etc.
5. Unfortunately I not familiar with the 38 pin plug but the more recent trapezoidal shaped one. The info will be on the net somewhere. Its just a matter of finding which pins are the ones you need.

i ment ec light on AC adjusting board ,since this light is on there is no cold ac just hot

When the EC light is ON (Economy) the A/C is turned OFF.
So it appears that when you press the switch you can't get the light to go off. Correct?

Have you checked the fuses?
Have you tried bridging the switch?

i checked all fuses, i did bridge switch next to drayer (two wires)
and my compressor still didn't kick in
also my ec light on ac board is still ON

 

the compressor won't work whenever this light is on.

it's either it detects low refrigirant pressure, erratic evaporator temperature sensor reading, or faulty refrigirant temperature sensor.

it must be deleted using star diagnosis or hht.

 

only star diagnosis and hht ?
is it any other that will do it ?
where is the best place to buy star diagnosis ?

1.is any chance for me to get radio code -I CAN HAVE ALL NUMBERS THAT YOU WILL ASK ME
2. i got code p0410 how do i know is it air pump or maybe something else -would give me couple clues how to find it out -what to check
3.if i replace my ac compressor,dryer,exp valve blower and regulator will my ac work or i still have to delete ec light ?
4.do i or should i change evaporator and condenser as well or is not nessesery and will not make any improvements?
5.i have check all fuses -my steering weel is not ajusting
6.let say i drive any speed more than 30 mph and when i am coming to stop it just last seconds before completly stops my transmission jerk,hit ,engage etc
is it trasmission mount or smething else ,when i drive the gears switch smooth -i got little vibration 50-80?????????
