My car 2004 S430 4Matic recieved 60K A Service ($350.00) and dealership called and siad that air filters and fuel filter needs changed. I said OK but what is the price for each job. The fuel filter is $325.00 and the Air Filters are $155.00. These prices seen outragous. Is this someting that an average mechnically inclined person can or should do at home? Of course, I would purchase Merdeces OEM parts.

 

yes very easily. fuel filter is $150 and filters are $75 probably an hour labor to install the filter and couple bucks to install air filter.
