AC comp runs for only 10 minutes

AC comp runs for only 10 minutes
1991 190E
The AC compressor times out after 10 minutes. Restart car and get another 10 minutes.
Doesn't seem to be:
Engine temperature
Compressor RPM sensor (locked compressor)
Freon pressure switch
Temperature pushbutton control unit.
Problem seems to be the N16 Engine Systems Control Unit. Does this sound right/ probable?
