I lost my turn signals, power windows, roll bar and soft top controls, nothing works. Anyone have any ideas as to what happened and what to look for before i take it to the shop?

No offense, but check the fuses again... only closer. Sometimes it's hard to tell when they're shot.
Whenever I honk my horn the exact same things fail on my car. Experts will tell you the horn isn't even on the same circuit. Weird cars, these M-bs.

It's just weird that they all stopped working at the same time, my mechanic looked at it for a half hour and couldn't find anything wrong, said i would have to come back and drop it off so he could check all things out. Said it may be some relay that controls muliple things
Several people looked at the fuses to see if they were ok

The only thing that makes sense is a blown or non-functioning fuse or relay. It's the only thing that explains all those things failing at once. Either that or the car got hit by an RPG or ran over a Claymore.
Sometimes oxidation will build up on the fuse contacts because of the differing metals and cause a failure. If the fuses were only visually checked without pulling them, then pulling each and re-checking would be my next step. Probably a good idea to check the fuses with a multimeter or swap one a time with a new fuse.

The car had been in the body shop for minor fender repair, this all started when i picked up the car, they said they didn't touch anything related (although they had to remove the turn signal light from the fender for painting)
I'll check the fuses with a meter this weekend
thanks
