Smile '94 s320 wire harness and throttle control issues

I just bought a sweet ride with wire harness coated with corn and soy. I must replace it and it looks like I'll need to remove the dash...is there an easier way? If not will I need special tools? Also, the engine seems to run great but it idles too low. The wires on the throttle actuator are also pretty cheesy and there's a tough resistance when I hit the gas. world insulating the wires help here or am I going to need to replace it too? Thanks

Default 94 s320 Throttle Actuator

Anyone have a throttle actuator for a 94 s320? Is there such thing as "a good used one" of these things? New engine wire harness is a great improvement, thanks Al

Default 94 s320 Throttle

I just replaced the throttle actuator and it ran great for a couple days but this morning I can no longer get any gas. Idle is fine but as soon as I hit the gas nothing.
