94 E320 wont start in "PARKED"

94 E320 wont start in "PARKED"
just took her him a couple days ago and already had about 2 small problems with her. This time she simply wont start unless its under nutrual or something other than parked. When its on parked the engine just makes a little lame noise and stops, can it be a bad switch? any ideas what causes this?
