Default DVD manuals for 97 E320

I have a question concerning the DVD repair manuals. I am a Toyota Technician and I have access to the Mitchell On Demand at my dealership. However, I am less than impressed with the Mitchell offering. It does not compare with the factory manuals available to me from Toyota. I fear the Mitchell is even worse for the Benz. I have done quite a bit of searching on the web and I found Manuals Unlimited DVD version of the "factory manual". Is this truly a "factory" manual or is it more of a generic version like the Mitchell>

I have to replace the head gasket on my E320 for the common oil leak problem at the front of the head. I would prefer to have the best manual available since Mercedes is not my primary car line and I need all the information I can get a hold of.

Does anyone have experience with the Manuals Unlimited DVD's or is there a source for better manuals?

Thanks in advance

I have "a set of DVDs" I bought from eBay, which I think are pirated, and don't really do any good since they are impossible to get them to work.............so my reccomendation is don't rely on those.

I have the same problem about oil leaking and I have finally decided to have it done by my mechanic (not a MB certified guy - but a good mechanic)
I have a couple of questions for you experts:

Since I am having my head gasket oil leak repaired and they have to take apart a great deal of the engine,

and since my car is a '97 E320 with 85 k miles on it, should I have them do anything else at the same time ?
I have read about a wire harness replacement....what about a "tune up" ? Is it easier now ?

I'm not looking for problems.... the car, other than the occassional couple of drops of oil a night on the floor is running great.
What do you guys think ?
