93 300E cruise control In op

I have a 93 300e 3.2 The cruise control does not engage. Where is the module located and any ideas on how to fix it? Clearing memory or obvious vacum leaks? HELP PLEASE

The module is right under the steering column. It's a silver box about 6 inches by 3 inches. I assume you have checked the fuses and all.
