Default 86 190e 2.3 16v rear suspension issue

So I recently bought a 86 190e cosworth, the car was a complete mess with a luandry list of issues. First off the rear end was bottomed out, I noticed one of the lines was broken so I replaced it. I then noticed the line from the overflow tank to the pump was ripped, so i fixed hat. There was no fluid in the system, so I started the car and added fluid while it was running. While it was still running I assumed I needed to bleed the system, because the car was not raising up, so I loosened the lines feeding the bulbs, fluid came out, so after a bit I tightened the line. Still nothing? Can anyone help me? There is no fluid seeping anywhere after careful inspection of the shocks, and I know the pump is working. Thank you

Default update

Decided to rebuild the distribution block with the level actuator, cleaned and reassembled then reinstalled, now everything works great! on to the next issue. Test drive, and assessment. Its sad when such a neat car gets abused, well plenty of life in this old girl. Anyone know where to get performance parts for the cosworths? I have checked 190 revolution and mosselman, but neither have anything anymore.
