I am a new member having just bought an 87 560 SEC with70,000 miles on the clock. It is in impeccable condition but I notice that the suspension sounds and feels a bit thumpy over poor surfaces - not quite what I expected. I have reduced the tyre pressures to 1.9bar front and 2.1bar rear but it has not made much difference. On smooth roads the suspension seems perfect. Is this normal?
