450 SEL BRAKE CALIPER PROBLEM

Hi all, my first post.
I'm a retired motor mechanic, have not worked much on Mercs.
I have aquired a 1798 450 SEL, 4.5 Litre engine with spare parts. ( The most comfortable car I have ever driven)
When it came time to do the brakes, I replaced the front Rotors and the new Rotors are already on Hub from another 450.
The Left side fits perfectly and the Caliper is centre with the new Rotor.
But the Right side ( driver side), the Rotor touch the inner side of caliper when I tighten the 2 caliper bolts.
If I tighten the Wheel Bearing nut more, the Rotor and the Caliper will certainly jam and cannnot turn the Rotor.
This even before I fit the new Disc pads.
I still have the old original hub bolted to the old rotor, but I have to take to garage to remove and swap and see it the original Hub will not cause this problem.
But why on the right side it jams and not on the left side, not make much sense.
My question is, would this really be the problem, are some Rotor Hubs different to other Hubs for the 450 SEL ?
Assitance much appreciated.

Solved,
It seems the person who sold me the car with the spare parts would have had the same problem.
One Rotor is correct and the other Rotor may look similar, but infact there are minor differences only viewable if old and new Rotors are set side by side and matched accordingly.
