2005 c240 4matic noise

i have a 2005 c240 4 matic i here a noise like a vibaration in the steering left or right i need help please

Did you ever resolve this issue? I have a 2003 and when sitting still, you turn the wheel a little left or right I get a vibration. Thinking its the same issue.
