2005 240 4matic - CDC Drive Error

2005 240 4matic - CDC Drive Error
I was play music on the cd changer and it stopped suddenly, and this error, "CDC Driver error" came up. I could not eject the cartridge or play any CD since then; does anyone know what this problem could like be?
