I have a 1990 300e and i have noticed that the two center vents no longer blow out any air. I have searched and found out it is probably the center vent vacuum servo. i also have found out that i need to know the dash removal procedure to be able to do this.

Can anyone help me out with this procedure? Is there a DIY somewhere?

Also where can i get that center vent vacuum?

I also would like to change the microfilter (if there is one) and i would like to know where to get one of those aswell.

usually you can purchase the parts you need from a mercedes dealership or possibly from autozone or advance auto or pep boys

 

I did do a search but it seems to be vin number specific.

There isnt an online place for some parts? I dont usually like going to the stealership.

maybe 1990 got no dust filter yet. 1993 got one.
