1988 560 SL ALARM WON'T SHUTOFF

1988 560 SL ALARM WON'T SHUTOFF

Got in my car this morning using the same key as always & the alarm went off. I can't get it to reset. HAve locked & unlocked all locks, disconnected the battery, HELP!!

Found a blown fuse...that fixed it!

did you manage to find your problem my 1986 300 amg is doing the same thing i think i will have to strip out the alarm

I have the same problem with my 86 420SEL any suggestions? What did you do to resolve this annoying problem? Right now I took out the fuse and the alarm as well as other items now are disabled.

Please reply with any info you can.
