1985 500 SEL High Idle at body shop
Had a small dent repaired right front fender and the car started with a high idle, don't know if that's related. 83,000 miles and I have only driven the car 4 times since the high idle problem, @ 50 miles in the last 6 months.
1700RPM at start up and 1100RPM in gear, it twice dropped down but reoccurs after the engine is restarted.
Any help appreciated. Steve
