How much vacuum should the pump pull in inches? This is a very very nice vehicle with 145,000 mi. The pump will pull 25in. @ a cold idle &amp; 27in. @ 2,000rpm! But when @ operating temp. 23in. idle &amp; 25in. @ 2,000 rpm! Should I repace the pump?? All of the vacuum consumers operate slowly when @ operating temp, but they do operate! HELP!!!!!!!!!</P>

Vacuum sounds fine, more likely you have an isolated leak, with that low mileage (barely broken in for that car). Is it the doors that operate slowly, or dash controls?

Every vaccum consumer was slow &amp; @ times wouldn't operate @ all. Everthing operates better than ever now! Don't really know what I done, except checked all connections in engine compartment. Maybe dislodged a check valve?????</P>
