Default 1973 450sl 429 ford motor sits low

I have a friend who has a 450sl that someone put a 429 ford motor in. The car sits low front and back. He wants to raise it 2" all around. is there a way i can determine if someone has put lowering springs on the car? or possibly loaded and or unloaded spring height. I just hate to put new springs on and still have the same ride height. Does anyone know where I might find factory ride height specs. He says it already has spacer blocks in all springs. and springs look new. I have heard you can get spring spacers for the rear, will those bring the height up? Or will I be able to see if they are already there or not. any info would be a big help

check how many notches on the spring rubber buffer installed.

4 notches is the highest one.
