Default 190E wheels scraping

For my 1991 190E 2.3 I just picked up a set of Carlsson 1/6 rims 17" x 8.5 and had 215/45 R17H put on them. They fit the carexcept in the front they are scraping over bumps and dips. What are my options if any? Should I sell the set on ebay and get out of it? Is there an inexpensive way to make them work? They look great, but,...

Any feedback would help

Thanks in advance

The simple response it to sell the rims and buy some bling to go on your wrist. Those cars were not made to have 17"wheels on them because of the set up of the front suspension assembly. You could change the suspension, lots of people do. But just to accomodate some bling wheels is sorta a waste of money. By that I mean, when you change the suspension you have to replace key things that will lower the car...you may have to change the exhaust system so it dosen't scrape...see what I mean? It gets pricey. I don't know what you mean by inexpensive but you should expect to spend about 1500USD at least to have it done correctly. And just to get the rims to flash? Nah
