Hello,
Does anyone out there know what the 100,000 mile service entails? I have a 01 ML430 and I have posted in the M Class room with no answers. So do any of you all know what it will ential and can you throw some figures at me for dealer work? I am sure the 100,000 mile service is pretty standard across the board and thank you for your time.

Hello, sorry nobody replied to you earlier.. I am a Mercedes-Benz shop owner and Master Mercedes-Benz technician.(Mercedes Exclusively in San Jose, CA).
This is what is recommended....... at 100,000 miles or 5 years, the spark plugs are to be replaced. That being said, for your ML, the replacement of other maintenance items are broken down as follows...
every 30,000 miles or two years- replace air filter
every 60,000 miles or 5 years- replace fuel filter
every two years- replace brake fluid
every three years- replace coolant
and of course, if the "A" or "B" service is due, those are to be done at the same time.
hope this helps..If you have any other questions, please feel free to email mbzrepair@hotmail.com
I like to help clear the confusion with the repair of these things!
good luck,
Tony
