Can anyone recommend what I can add to enhance my engine's potential....I was a never a big fan of 4 cylinder cars, but my '03 C230 (hatch) was a gift from daddy

Install a supercharger and you'll probably destroy the engine's bottom end, unless you beef it up first. Tell your daddy what you really want.

 

look for CAI's and exhaust... maybe some header work also. i dont know if they make any of that for your car or not but you can always look... good luck!

 

Im not a Mercedes engine expert or anything, but I know what my friends have put in their Toyotas, hondas, and assorted domestics. Air cooling systems seem to be very popular, they're cheap and they increase your HP a decent amount. Im not sure if you can put these in a Mercedes or not, but I cant think of why you couldn't. Also my friend put a Turbo Timer in his Dodge Neon SRT 4, he says it makes somthing faster somewhere.

Again, im not an expert with engines or anything, and Im not sure if you can put this kind of stuff in a Mercedes, but like I said I cant see why you couldn't. Hope I am of help!
