My name is Scott. Today is the first post for me. I currently come from another car forum called Audiworld.com. I currently own a 2000 Audi TT. I am selling my car very soon and buying a Mercedes SLK230 before summer reaches. I recently drove an SLK and really liked it. It was an 01 Kompressor/Sport. Really beautiful car in White andnot a scratch on it. I was a little suprised though when I drove it as it seemed a little floaty at speed. My initial thought is that at 51k, the shocks might be worn out.Do the stock SLK's drive this way? I have read many reviews that the SLK is supposed to drive like it's on rails. What brand of shocks come on the Sport edition Kompressors?

Guess I have more questions regarding potential aftermarket modifications for increased performance. What are good aftermarket suspension, exhaust, performance chip, charge pipe for supercharger, MAF, Diverter valves, engine/motor mounts? What are expected prices for Stage1,2,3 performance upgrades for increased horsepower. Any input is greatly appreciated.
