I'am building a w201 (originaly 2.6)with 603turbo and getrag gearbox. I believethe 2.6 flywheel can be used but dont know which clutch to use . Can anybodyhelp?

 

Ok, om602na flywheel; but will the clutch handle the torquegenerated bya big turbo?

I was aiming for about 300hp, so roundabout 450lb/ft

 

Aftermarket maybe need to have flywheel machined to bolt it on. You probely won't find a set-up to handle the torque as a straight bolt on, as none of the stock stuff is ready for that. My truck diesel has 1000 lbs of torque and their's is aftermarket bolt on stuff, but Benz not to sure on. Good luck and hope you have a deep pocket book A hot diesel sure can break a lot of stuff.
