Could anyone give me a brief history of the older Sprinter engines (European not US) and any problems. I know the CDI engine that is used thesedays is pretty bullet proof but what date did they change from the old engine.

 

They have MB sprinters in some dodge diesel vans and trucks now, rather than the Cummings engine. ha ha. Mostly the new Fed Ex truciks.
