Default Rear flex disk replacement DIY?

Does anyone have or know where I could find a DIY to replace a rear flex disk on the w201 190e or 190d? I need to replace it because of a clunk and don't know if it's as simple as removing the bolts, removing the disk, then replacing. Any help would be fantastic.
