P0120 Code..Make the bad man go away

Default P0120 Code..Make the bad man go away
Hi, I recently was doing a tune up of sorts (air filter, oil etc) and I got a P0120 code with my CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. The Code is Engine Coolant Temperature Circuit Intermittent P0120

Any clue on what I may have done to kick this code off?

Any help would be great. thanks Chris
