Instrument Cluster

Default Instrument Cluster
I have a 1986 300SDL with a bad cluster. Can I use a E300 cluster of the same year? I can not find an answer anywhere! They look identicle except for the glow plug light. PLEASE point me in the right direction, MB dealership did not know!! Thank you.
