I am trying to install the Mercedes Benz wis program, my computer has the proper spec for this program. But when it gets to the program manager configuration system section , it fails to install and gives me three choices,abort ,retry or ignore

 

what operating system are you using?

on windows 2000, use service pack 2.

do you have the right license key? can you show me your LAN and license key?

have you tried installing directly from dkinst? it will automatically install PM.
