Default ignition switch????

Hi everybody, I have this 1984 300sd with 218,000 miles on it. I went to go start it the other day and the switch is locked solid. I can get the key in and out easily but cannot turn it. Tried turning the steering wheel thinking the interlock was stuck but still no help. So im thinking the switch finally bit the dust. Can ya'll offer some advice on either replacing or fixing this problem. Thank you for any and all input. Eric

UPDATE: ok well i was still not able to turn the key to remove the tumbler. So after talking with a local mercedes dealership, I now have a brand new steering lock and tumbler assembly. So my next question is, the harness that goes to the ignition switch? Does anybody have a diagram of this harness and where each of the wires is plugged into? When i pulled the old one out all of the wires came unplugged and I wasnt able to see where they mated to the switch!!!! So im looking for an accurate diagram of pin to wire locations. Thanks in advance for any help!!!!
