I have a 1979 300cd and i am going to sell it because i just cant deal with it not wanting to start in the cold sometimes, plus i dont want it to be in the salt and this is my only car at the time and i need my car to start when i need to get to work. so i am letting it go before winter hits. But my question is how much should i sell it for. from what i understand these are very rare. I mean it is not in perfect condition, it has 280,000 miles and someone took the radio out and it has some rust spots here and there, nothing bad but it is not perfect is all i am saying. and you need to put in a couple quarts of oil in between oil changes. any idea what it might be worth and where i should try selling it at. i bought it off ebay and would not like to post it on there because i know i will not get what it is worth and i would rather it go to a benz lover, not someone looking for a winter beater.
