I have never owned a Mercedes, but the older diesel models have always been appealing to me for being so durable and aesthetically pleasing. I have been browsing for the past few weeks and I recently found one I might want to buy. Its a 1983 300 Turbo Diesel with upwards of 150k miles. According to the owner, the engine and transmission are in good shape and the car runs well. However, the power windows/blinkers arent working. I have done some investigating and it seems it may be problem with the fuses. He is asking 1400. Any insight as to what the problem may be? and how much it could run to fix?
