Default Fuel Filter Torque

I have a 1993 300D 2.5 Turbo and need to change the fuel filter. Does anyone know the correct torque for the big bolt on top the filter housing? I don't want to over- or under-torque the bolt that holds the filter on!

Thanks, Mike

The O-rings on the Filter Bolt do the sealing so as long as the Spin-On Filter is tightend enough so that it does not rotate or become loose that is tight enough.
