Default c270 cdi won,t start in mourning

I have been recomended by a fellow site member to check that the return pipes of the fuel system are checked to make sure I have no leaks,as I have a strting problem. Is there an easy way to check the pipes and is there a particular area I should be looking at for problem,I have changed injectors ,rail seals, low pressure pump, still have problem starting when car is left over night,I have to turn over the engine for aprox 2 mins before it fires up,it,s then ok all day but next mourning it won,,t start
any ideas[sm=boosign.gif]

You gotta treat her right, shes more than just an automobile, shes working for us. We feed her, bath her, talk to her, and she takes us where we ask. If she doesnt start in the morning its because she is mourning, plug her in at night , treat her right.

'Sounds like you're getting air in the fuel system somehow(losing fuel pressure overnight).
Is this a Sprinter?
'Am unfamiliar with this engine (Mercedes uses it all over "The Continent")
Can you run the fuel pump feed line into a clean source of diesel (say 1/2 gallon)?
Then run the fuel return line into the same container.
