I am looking to buy a 1985 190D 2.2 with 195k on it. There are a few things I noticed. The fan clutch is not tightening up. The driver and passanger windows do not work. The steering squeeks when turning(not the belt or the pump). My question is what can I expect to get for miles on the car, how good of mileage, and if there is anything that I should be looking for. Any advice would be helpful!!!

Must the "The rest of the World"?
They never made it to US.
The windows problems are most likely switches. In those years the switches are easily to take on part and clean the contacts.
195 k miles (?) is considered just broken it.
