Default 300D Ignition Switch

I'm replacing the igntition switch on my 85' 300D and am having a difficult time removing the old one. I know there's a flat-head screw inside after I unplug the wires, but is there some special kind of tool I need to be using to remove this? I've considered removing the whole ignition housing, but this seems like a bit of overkill. Thoughts?

There is no special tool made to remove the Ignition Switch.
The Key Tumble needs to be in a certain Position or even if you remove the 3 screws that hold it in it will not come out.

When the Key is in the correct Position you can insert a straightened out Paper Clip Further into the Hole that is on the Bezel of the Key/Lock Tumbler than you can when the Key is in other positions.
You do not need to remove the Key Lock Tumble; I just do not know how else to describe the key position.
Also I sent you a Visitor Message.

From what I have read people have said it is easier to remove the whole Steering Wheel Lock. The reason stated is that it is hard to unscrew the 3 Screws that Retain the Switch in the Housing; not enough room to work in.
