When is the best time to adjust valves? Is there a regular time scedule to adjust valves? Is there a regular scedule to replace timing chain? And my last question is if a transmission is holding in second gear in an automatic can a vaccum line be the problem?

 

It revs hard whe you drive it. It screams and after you put your foot down about the 3rd time it will shift gears. Any suggestions? or do you think it needs another transmssion? I thought since it cheep I might try Lucus Transmission fix do you think it is worth it?
