Hi,
I am selling my mint 1997 E300 diesel with 95k miles and was curious as to what a good price would be. I started at $20,000 last week, and am now down to around $16000. Its a great car I thought I'd keep forever, but my family situation is now warranting an SUV.

In December 2004 I bought a 1997 E300 D with 54K on it. I paid 16K for it. It is laoded and was owned by a cardiologist and had complete dealer services.
