Default What Wax to use?

So very soon I will be geting out my 1987420SEL and 2002 E320 from winter storage. I was wondering what type of car wax I should use for the summer. I usually use turtle wax on my E320 and C280 and dont even bother washing the 420sel because I dont drive it much. But this year I want to start washing that also. It is very old. 1987, paint is in great shape and the car has109,000 miles on it.Some recomendations please for what type of car wax?

I would recommend for highgloss and very nice waterbeading, use pastewax with carnubawax.
My favourite is collinite pastewax, its detergentproof so you can wash the car without stripping the wax.

Note, durability is“nt key for pastwaxes, highgloss are.

Hello all, my MB is Mars Red, and I was wondering if anyone has any experience polishing and waxing bright red cars and what specific products you use. Formerly, I have only owned dark colored cars. I will be claying this weekend, and after putting in all that workI expectthat show-car finish. No offense to anyone, but only serious detailers need reply.Hate to be jerkish, but I am **** retentive about my autos and have read people in these forums using oven degreser to strip wax! Nothing but the best for mylil' redhead.

Spend the extra cash and go with the Zaino kit!($125.00)
I 've been using it on my 2006 CLS for 3 yrs. Claybared once and waxed twice! Protects and shines always! I just tried Meguiars on my wife's2007 Honda andI'm impressed after she comes home from the rain! Just rinse and wipe! You must claybar or strip the car first with Dawn! I 'm thinking about switching to Meguiars with the big drop in resale value of the benz!
