What do you think about touchless car washing? Does it reduce the scratches or increase them?

Since touchless washing is completely frictionless (no cloth, bristle or mechanical action is used) to clean your car I bet it won't reduce any scratch nor increase them. It just basically makes use of soap and water. The process includes the use of properly balanced detergents and a high-pressure water rinse system.
