Please can anyone tell me the 'official' way in which MB allocate new cars where there is a waiting list? I ask because I have put down a deposit today for a new model which isn't due to be released until Spring 10 in the UK. While I am confident that the dealership will try their utmost, I would like to know if there is a master list held in Stuttgart, where I will be allocated a definite position in the queue.
