I have a new 2007 R-320 which has the MB factory RES DVD monitors behind the front headrests. So far it will only play DVD format movies but none of my DVD-R disks format! Has anyone encountered this? Any solutions for DVD-R disks?

I thought that the factory headrests RES will come with wireless headphones, but it has 2 sets of wired headphones instead. I have 3 kids and need to add a 3rd headset. Any suggestions? Will the headrests RES system work with a wireless headsets? A 3rd wired headset that will have to connect from the 3rd to 2nd row will be a desparate/messy solution (with long and tangling wire!). Any ideas here?
