Default New stereo in an 1980 300D

Looking for instructions on installing a new stereo. It has a becker. I'd like to put in a new sony. Is there a good walkthrough with diagrams or pics?
Also the antenna does not come down fully. About a foot is left above.
What about an 85 300D? Same thing?

take it one of your local speciality shops, maybe they can do the install professionally for you and fix the mast of the antenna. or if all else fails take it to best buy or circut, the car has been around forever and everyone pretty much knows how to work on it

I'd like to try it myself. Is it too hard.

What's a good store in Los Angeles. I looked up Al and Ed's autosound; has very poor BBB record. Since I've been ripped recently I don't want to go just anywhere. How much should it cost.

Al and ED's are a great store, they do alot of business, and everyone tries to get one over on them, sure they are going to have a low BBB rating. go in and talk to a professional, they are still cheaper than whatI charge, so feel a little bit better
