Default Ipod Integration 2007 W211 E220CDI

Hey,[/align]I'm new to this forum, located in Norway, driving a 2007 E220CDI Avantgarde.

During the last days I have been upgrading my car to Euro Comand APS from Audio 50 APS, and I have bought the MB IPOD integration Kit.

The problem is that there is NO instalation guide in the IPOD kit, just a user manual.

Is there anyone out there that can tell me how/where to connect these cables ????

Any help appreciated

Default RE: Ipod Integration 2007 W211 E220CDI

connect the black wire with ground negative
connect the red and purple wwith permanent 12 volt positive

the white and yellow ( CAN HIGH ) as weel as green and blue ( CAN LOW ) wires have to be lead to the agw ( AUDIO GATEWAY ) through the head unit compaartment .
the agw in e - W211 and cls w 219 is located in the left side of trunk behind the retainer for navigation unit and tv tunner .

it is mountedbetween two body barriers connections have to be done at the fiberoptic cable connector from the agw. for connections the can bus wires brown, and brown/red have to be cut throught and assign as follows :

AGW SIDED:
brown/red can high pin 2 to yellow cable from ipod kit
brown can low pin 4 to blue cable from ipod kit

VEHICLE SIDED:
brown/red can high white cable from ipod kit
brown can low green cable from ipod kit

Afterwards the 3 pin black connector of the cable kit can be pluggd in the aux input of the COMAND APS if the oem aux cable is there it can be remove

remove the radio and battery terminal to this good luck
